For the past week, I have been working on The Flames of Death, which will be in the upcoming Wraith and Ruin boxed set to be published in January. Imagine a world where dragons rule and humans are slaves. In your opinion, just what would you expect the dragon lords to want from their underlings?

Because hubby was off for a week, I was able to get a ton of writing done! I finished up Dark Hunt and expanded several short stories into longer works. All of them will be in anthologies coming up later on this year. Two are spooky stories for Halloween collections! All the words!

I finished When Sirens Screech. I’m really pleased with the story, and I’m so excited for the new adventures Clarissa will face. Now it’s off to be edited!

What’s up next? A few short stories for more anthologies and then the next fairy tale. Have to give my twisted take on Hansel and Gretel! What fairy tale would you like to see twisted?

I’m still working hard on When Sirens Screech. It’s really coming along nicely! Over halfway done already. Crazy, but it’s basically typing itself. I love it when that happens!

On Friday, I started writing my first every western romance. Saturday, I finished the rough draft. (It’s a short story.)
Yesterday, I started When Sirens Screech! It’s up for preorder. I’m dying to know what’s the first thing that comes to mind when you think of sirens. What do I absolutely have to include? Keep in mind that in this series, the paranormal creatures are all evil.
